The Chatandtap blog
Tap Talk
Tap Talk is where Chatandtap publishes its articles. Each one takes a single customer moment, like a scan at a restaurant table or a text asking to move an appointment, and asks how many steps it really needs.
We cover QR codes, NFC tags, WhatsApp Business, SMS, website chat and AI assistants, but we don't start with the tool. We start with what the customer is trying to do and who on your team will answer. That's how a guide for a law firm in Conway ends up useful to a hotel in Savannah or a clinic in Leeds.
Most pieces are written by Ethan Brooks, our customer engagement and conversational technology writer. New articles land here first, then in their section.

That's the full archive for now: one article, published September 24, 2026. More are on the desk.
