Chatandtap is written by a small content team under one byline for now. We publish as Ethan Brooks, a disclosed editorial pen name, so readers get one consistent voice and one consistent set of standards across every section.

That voice has a clear point of view. It starts with the customer's goal, counts the steps in the way, and only then asks whether a QR code, an NFC tag, a WhatsApp thread or a text message would help. It's skeptical of tools that look impressive and don't get anyone an answer faster.
